Welcome to our 2025-26 Ross Board Fellows

Christina is pursuing a dual Masters of Public Policy and Business Administration at University of Michigan. She earned her B.A. from Boston University in European Studies minoring in Spanish, Political Science, and History. She has worked in the nonprofit sector for most of her career, most recently, as a summer camp program director at Sherman Lake YMCA in Southwest Michigan. Christina has held positions working in youth development and also in nonprofit strategy consulting.

Olivia is pursuing a Master’s in Educational Studies at the University of Michigan, specializing in Research for Educational Improvement (REI). She earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She has experience in educational evaluation and data analysis through the Center for Education Design, Evaluation, and Research (CEDER). She has long been engaged in social impact initiatives, including organizing winter supply donation drives for communities in Tibet and volunteering in rural education programs. Her work reflects a deep commitment to promoting equity and opportunity through evidence-based policy and community engagement.

Abhishek is pursuing a dual-degree in business and sustainability at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is passionate about the intersection of climate change and socio-economic development in developing countries. He looks forward to using his work experience as a data scientist to help Jotno Foundation achieve its goals in the most efficient and effective manner.
Zoe is an MBA and a public policy student at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, who is passionate about using business as a vehicle to address challenges in global health, poverty solutions, and global development. With her experience in marketing and strategy consulting, Zoe is eager to apply both policy and business perspectives to support Jotno Foundation’s mission.
