Meet the passionate people on our growing team. Each of our members supports the work at JOTNO by drawing from their unique professional backgrounds and life experiences.

  • Daria has a masters degree in Public Health and Nursing.

  • Reflecting on her past work in Bangladesh and her passion for international development, Raisa Faatimah was inspired to co-found JOTNO Foundation. After leading several development initiatives both as a student at the University of Michigan and later in her career as a development consultant, Raisa is eager to apply her skills to JOTNO.

  • Nasreen Meah is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice and a lecturer at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Nasreen also serves as a member of the Ethics committee at the National Association of Social Workers-Michigan Chapter and as a board member at the non-profit organization Mai Family Services. Nasreen brings 13 years of experience in mental health and community organizing.

    Nasreen is passionate about social justice and believes that society's privilege has a moral responsibility to help those with less privilege. Nasreen and her husband continue their commitment to community service through their private foundation.

  • Linda is an industrial engineer and statistician with a background in improving manufacturing facilities and survey research. received her Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley in

    Industrial Engineering and Operations Research in 1995, during which she was part of

    the Competitive Semiconductor Manufacturing Research Project. She has a master’s degree in applied math and an undergraduate degree in both math and computer science. She has worked in various capacities for Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Chrysler, Texas Instruments, Analog Devices, Intel, Tyndall National Institute and Dairygold. StatDat Analytics, LLC, a statistics consulting firm, was founded by Linda in 2013.
